How can I change the e-mail address given at registration?

E-mail address given at registration is also your Login to FBS Personal area and it can only be changed before verification. After your account has been verified, e-mail address change is impossible.

How can I change my phone number?

You can change your phone number in your Personal area in the "Profile settings" section (available after clicking on the green button near your name in the upper panel). Under "Your account details", find your phone number and click on the "Change" link. Enter your new correct phone number, change the country, if necessary, and click on the button "Get password". Enter the code received via sms and click on "Save".

I forgot my PIN-code. How can I restore it?

You can recover your PIN-code in your Personal area on the PIN-code recovery page (available after clicking on the green button near your name in the upper panel). You will need to fill in as many fields in the appearing form as possible, attach color copies of the documents that you used for account verification and click “Send request” button. Your request will be considered within 24 hours. In case your identity is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with a recovery link. This link can be used only once. The page with your new PIN-code will be available for 24 hours only. We strongly recommend you to remember or save your new PIN-code in a secure place.

How can I change leverage?

You can change leverage in your Personal area on the account settings page (available after clicking on the account number you need in the table on the left) in the “Leverage” section. You will need to click on “Change leverage” link, set the necessary leverage adjustment and then click on "Save". Attention! Leverage change is possible only once in 24 hours. It is impossible to change leverage if there are any open orders on the account.

I lost my code word. How can I recover it?

Code word is created by a Client at registration and cannot be changed. However, you can find a hint for your code word in your Personal area. To do it, please, choose the "PIN-code recovery” section (available after clicking on the green button near your name in the upper panel) and click in the field next to "Code Word". The hint (your secret question) will appear in the pop-up window. Your code word is the answer to this question.

I cannot get a sms when changing confirmation method. What can I do?

Sms confirmation is sent to your phone number automatically by the system. In this case, please, first of all, check the correctness of the phone number you have entered in your Personal area profile under "Your account details". If the phone number was entered correctly, it might mean that sms delivery is processed by the system with a delay. In this case, you can repeat your request for confirmation method change in your Personal area and wait for up to 1-2 hours.

How can I recover my Personal area password?

1. Click on “I forgot my password” link on the Personal area login page.
2. Enter the e-mail address used at registration.
3. Click the button “Get a Verification Code” and wait for an e-mail r sms with a confirmation code.
4. Enter the received code in the upper field on the password recovery page.
5. Set a new password in the field below, then repeat it in the confirmation field.
6. Click the button “Change password”.

How can I recover my trading password?

In your Personal area, please, go to your account settings page (click on the account number you need in the table on the left), find "Forgot your trading password for this account?" question and choose "Create new"; then click on “Generate password” button.

How can I change my confirmation method?

You can do it in your Personal area in the "Profile settings" section (available after clicking the green button near your name in the upper panel). Under "Customize confirmation settings", choose the desired confirmation method, enter the code received via e-mail or sms and click on "Save". You can choose sms as your confirmation method only in case your mobile phone number is verified.

How can I change my name given at registration?

In case your account is not verified and has not been deposited yet, you can change your name yourself in your Personal area on the Profile settings page. To do it, please, click on the button "Change" near the name, enter the correct data according to your passport / ID card, and click on "Save". FBS company strongly recommends you to give only veritable data at registration. If the option of name change is not available in your Personal area, please, contact FBS Support Team.
